From our first meeting to listing your property is a simple and easy process. We utilize technology to gather some information and E-signatures to get you signed up.

Listing Your Property
We will begin with a Property Profile and Comparable Rental Analysis to identify the value of your property and communicate with you thoroughly during the listing process to provide you with some updates and insights on the progress.

Ongoing Management
This part is completely “hands-off” for you ! Sit back and relax while we manage your property and your tenants. From rent collection, complaints, maintenance/repairs, and even big renovations.

Owner Portal
With the help of a Property Management Software, you will have access to ongoing data such as financial reports, leases, rent transactions and maintenance receipts.

Accounting
At the end of every month, we will do the bookkeeping for you, calculate income and expenses, provide you with monthly invoices and distribute your funds.

Communications
Owners can communicate with us directly or via email and can also utilize a Work Order Form to request any repairs and maintenance tasks for their property.
